Each piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipping. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. This is our heartfelt thank you for supporting Nora Lucille’s final collection.

3. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

4. What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your jewelry within 30 days of receipt. 5. Do you ship internationally?

We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. At this time, we do not ship outside these regions.

6. How do I properly care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to water or direct sunlight.

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place — preferably in the original box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches.

  • Maintenance: For precious metals and gemstones, we recommend professional cleaning once a year.

7. Do you offer custom pieces?

Since Nora is now retiring, we are no longer accepting custom design requests. This collection represents her final handcrafted works, available for a limited time only.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@nora-lucille.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to assist you. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
